Druid!", writer Len Wein and artist Sal Buscema craft a supernatural team-up where the mystic Doctor Druid seeks out Bruce Banner in an alley to warn him of a threat to destroy or conquer the world by the villainous Maha Yogi. Before confronting the villain, Druid accompanies Banner back to his apartment building, where Bruce's landlord, April Sommers, checks in on her secretive tenant. Once Banner transforms into the Hulk to smash through Maha Yogi’s mercenary defense forces, a psychic battle erupts in the villain's lair. As both Doctor Druid and Maha Yogi attempt to telepathically seize control of the Hulk's mind, the overwhelming dual mental assault causes the Green Goliath so much distress that he smashes his own head into the floor, knocking himself unconscious and leaving Druid to handle the menace.
