Description

1973 Superman DC Comic #265 Attack by the Army Tomorrow in Good condition, see photos. In Superman #265 (cover-dated July 1973), written by Elliot S! Maggin with art by Curt Swan and Murphy Anderson, the lead story "Attack by the Army of Tomorrow!" centers on Perry White attempting to prove his old-school investigative journalism skills to TV-focused boss Morgan Edge. White investigates suspicious glove-wearing citizens in Metropolis who turn out to be psychic mutants created by atomic energy exposure, controlled via hypnosis by a rogue villain named Calixto. After Perry sneaks onto their aircraft, Superman tracks them to a secret desert compound, where he and Perry team up to destroy Calixto's hypnotic device, freeing the psychic "Army of Tomorrow" from his mental control so they can peacefully seek out a new life.
